One-to-One Spiritual Direction
Many leaders are discovering the importance of spiritual direction as a valuable pathway in their formation. Morris and Rita function as spiritual directors and assist leaders in finding the right “soul friend” -- someone who will come along side them in their spiritual journey. They also work with leaders who seek the necessary training to become spiritual directors themselves.
Facilitating Spiritual Formation Retreats
After years of experience in facilitating spiritual formation experiences for others, Morris and Rita believe this pathway is critical to maintaining health as a leader. Retreats include guided times of solitude and reflection, followed by interaction with others. SoulFormation offers “Space for God” retreats on a regular basis and also joins staff teams to facilitate their time away as a group.

Morris is a dynamic communicator who has spoken internationally to pastors and missionaries. Rita is gifted to address the world of parachurch leaders with over 20 years of experience in this arena. SoulFormation believes that conferences present a unique opportunity to recharge the batteries, particularly when the content delivered breathes life into the soul of the leader.
